CHALLENGE
INPG is a multi-disciplinary property group, who decided to create a new business arm to support Specialist Disability Accommodation, designing and developing customised housing solutions in all categories for people with complex and high disability support needs. Due to this, they needed a completely stand alone brand to communicate it to people requiring those services separately to INPG as a parent brand.
THINKING
We set out to create a bright, smart and optimistic brand, one that felt like home, Inplace is a brand that specialises in beautifully designed and considered disability accommodation. The identity was developed with confident, yet calming splashes of terracotta and fresh cream, underpinned by a warm and positioning ‘Building Wellbeing’. The fluid animations provide an element of optimism and talks to the like-minded community that awaits.
